Engenco Limited and its subsidiary companies (each and together, "Engenco", "we" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects, handles and stores and that these activities are carried out in accordance with the legislative requirements of the relevant jurisdictions.

Engenco respects our customers', clients', suppliers' and employees' (each and together, "you" or "your") right to the privacy of their personal information. We have developed and implemented policies and procedures that ensure all personal information is handled sensitively, securely and in accordance with the relevant jurisdictions legislative requirements.

What personal information do we collect and store?

Depending on the nature of your relationship with Engenco, we may collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. For prospective employees, we may also seek information such as your resume and employment history and for customers we may collect information about the use of our products and services. Engenco shall only collect information about you if it is reasonable, practical and legal to do so.

Engenco has in place measures to ensure your personal information is protected from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or amendment. We also have in place procedures to destroy or permanently remove the identity of personal information as it becomes obsolete.

In general terms, you are under no obligation to provide any information that we may request of you. You should however be aware that by withholding requested information, we may be unable to provide you with our goods or services, particularly if the information requested is required by law.

Information Collected on our Website

If when you visit our website, you request to receive information from Engenco Limited, we will keep a record of your email address, and any other information you provide, for the purposes for which you provide that information. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent, unless required or authorized by law.

When you visit our website to read, browse or download documents, we record the following details about your visit:

On request, we shall provide you with access to any personal information we may hold about you (unless otherwise permitted by law). To obtain your personal information you should contact the Engenco Privacy Officer.

Prior to providing any information to you, we will require proof of identity. In most cases, your information shall be provided free of charge, however for complex or substantial requests we may charge a reasonable fee for this service.

Should you wish to update or amend personal information that we hold, you should contact the Engenco business area to which you supplied your initial information so that we may make the change.
