RAIL SAFETY TRAINING FOR GREAT SOUTHERN RAIL

CERT SA Manager and Trainer, Pete recently traveled to Alice Springs, in the Northern Territory to complete Rail Safety Worker training with 5 Great Southern Rail employees.

These employees access the rail corridor to complete checks and provide customer assistance when The Ghan enters Alice Springs.

Over the 1 day course, they completed various Units of Competency, directly related to rail safety training, that will ensure compliance for the Rail Network, as well as provide internal compliance requirements as a customer service provider.

GSR representative, Nicole Mathers, said CERT Training was chosen to provide this training because they “appreciate our cost effective and compliant training solutions”.
