All complaints will be treated seriously, confidentially and promptly. After your complaint has been made the Engenco Group’s Privacy Officer will commence an investigation into your complaint. You will be informed of the status and outcome of your complaint.

 

Where is it apparent that there is a privacy breach, all efforts will be made to contain the breach, evaluate the risks associated with the breach and prevent future breaches. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
