Member of the board since 17 December 2014, managing director & CEO since 1 February 2015. Kevin possesses senior management and leadership experience through an extensive career in engineering, mining supplies, metals and manufacturing industries. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Kevin specialised in the areas of financial and cost accounting systems’ design and development, and operational and commercial management for a number of multinationals in South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia prior to joining the Group in 2007. He served in the position of Chief Financial Officer from 1 March 2013 to 31 January 2015. In February 2015, Kevin was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Paul has vast experience in ASX listed entities and global businesses. Paul has significant experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting in high growth environments together with hands-on experience in the implementation of system and process improvements.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, BA, LL.B
Meredith is a lawyer with over 14 years’ experience, including working in private practice and in-house for a multinational corporation. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University (Canada) and a Bachelor of Laws from Western University (Canada) and has practiced law in Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
Executive General Manager – Corporate
As Executive General Manager – Corporate, Ron is responsible for leading Engenco Group safety and workplace relations, marketing, purchasing, insurance, property, ESG (environmental, social and governance), internal communications, assurance, and business continuity planning. Ron will also assist with the Group’s corporate risk program, project office and investor relations programme.
Ron joined the Engenco Group in 2005 after a 21 year career in Australia’s rail freight services industry where he held senior operational and safety management roles at the National Rail Corporation, Pacific National and BHP Billiton Iron Ore. Prior to being appointed to his current Group role in 2021, Ron spent 6 years as Engenco’s Group Manager Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Safety, and 10 years as the General Manager of Engenco’s rail industry focused labour hire, track maintenance and construction subsidiary, Total Momentum Pty Ltd.
Ron has previously completed individual units of study at Deakin University in the fields of Human Resources, Workplace Change, Continuous Improvement and Quality Management, Ron is currently completing a Master of Human Resources and Law program at the University of Newcastle.
Renée Cerveri-Tekani – Executive General Manager – People and Culture
Renée comes to the Engenco Group from ASX listed Coles Group where Renée was Head of People & Culture, after previously holding the role of Head of Learning and Organisational Development. Renée has also worked with National Australia Bank in a range of senior HR roles. Renée brings to the Group extensive capability in the execution of people and culture strategies within a large publicly listed company, coupled with excellent internal consultancy and stakeholder engagement skills.
Renée holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Arts (Management & Psychology) from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, also from Monash University Melbourne.
Executive General Manager Rail, BE Mechanical Engineering
Geoff is a senior rail executive with 30+ years’ experience holding various senior management, manufacturing, maintenance & engineering roles for companies including Gemco Rail, Clyde Engineering/Downer EDI Rail, Morrison Knudsen of Australia, State Rail Authority of NSW & Tyco Electronics. Geoff has been directly involved in numerous, large scale contracts for the design, manufacture, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of locomotives, wagons and electrical multiple unit passenger cars for key domestic and international rail customers. Geoff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Executive General Manager – Drivetrain, MMgt
Tony is a senior executive with extensive experience in the operational management roles. Having previously held the long-term roles of General Manager Operations and Projects at Gekko Systems; and Production Manager at Thales Australia (ADI Limited). Tony has also held senior operational management roles at SEM Fire and Rescue, Lyco Innovations, and IBM Australia, and brings extensive capability in the execution of operational strategy and in addition to his deep experience in manufacturing has a strong understanding of the products and markets that Drivetrain currently service.
Tony holds a Master of Management (Manufacturing Management) from the University of South Australia; Tony has also completed qualifications in ‘Striving for Best Practice in Manufacturing’ RMIT, CERT IV in Competitive Systems, CERT IV in Information Technology, Technician Certificate – Mechanical (Diploma equivalent); completed an Electroplater’s apprenticeship and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Executive General Manager – Workforce Solutions, MBA, DIBM
Anthony has extensive capability in the execution of operational strategy, workforce management and accredited training across multiple industry sectors.
Prior to joining the Engenco Group, Anthony was the Co-Founder and CEO of Mint Group. Mint provided outsourced workforce and vocational education solutions across the Asia Pacific Region. Anthony has also previously held senior operational management roles at Probe Group Security Pty Ltd and Wackenhut Australia Pty Ltd / PMI Security Management International Pty Ltd.
Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration and possesses a Diploma of Business Management and an Advanced Certificate in Management.
