Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, BCom, MAICD

Member of the board since 17 December 2014, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer since 1 February 2015. Kevin possesses senior management and leadership experience through an extensive career in engineering, mining supplies, metals and manufacturing industries. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Kevin specialised in the areas of financial and cost accounting systems’ design and development, and operational and commercial management for a number of multinationals in South Africa, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia prior to joining the Group in 2007. He served in the position of Chief Financial Officer from 1 March 2013 to 31 January 2015. In February 2015, Kevin was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
